Passion Driven Development

It’s a fact : Most of the developers live a happy live. Why ? Because coding is a passion and when your passion is also your daily job it makes things easier.

But as we all know “Software is eating the World” and we are just at the beginning of the IT revolution. How are things going to evolve ? Can we deal with all the technology hype ? Probably yes, we feed our nerdy brain with that. What if the danger was more coming from the work methodologies that some people tries to impose us ? It’s a threat to our most important value : passion.
